Question 1

What is Wheecle?

Accepted Answer

Wheecle is rental management software for bike, scooter and car rental shops in India. It keeps your fleet, bookings, handovers, returns, customer records and invoices in one place instead of notebooks and spreadsheets.

Question 2

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You get a 7 day free trial and no card is needed to start. Verify your email, create your shop account and begin adding your vehicles.

Question 3

Can I manage bikes, scooters and cars together?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each vehicle has a type (bike, scooter or car) and all of them share one fleet list, one booking flow and one dashboard.

Question 4

Does Wheecle connect to WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no WhatsApp integration. Many shops take bookings on WhatsApp, and you simply enter those details into Wheecle by hand when you create the booking.

Question 5

How are late returns charged?

Accepted Answer

You set a penalty percentage in Settings. When a rental is checked in after its expected return time, the overdue hours and penalty are shown on the invoice.
